Turkiston Bank to place shares worth 12 billion soums

The Center for Coordination and Development of the Securities Market registered the decision of the bank to issue shares.

Turkiston Bank within the framework of this issue will place 12 million common shares with a nominal value of 1,000 soums. The total amount of the issue is 12 billion soums.

According to the bank, shares of this issue will be placed through open subscription. At the same time, shareholders will have the preemptive right to purchase shares of this issue.
