Turkish companies to take part in the construction of Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Tashkent city administration hosted a meeting with director general of Department for free-economic zones and foreign investments of Turkey and First Deputy Khokim of Tashkent city Davron Khidoyatov with participation of construction companies of the city.

Davron Khidoyatov informed the meeting participants about large-scale construction work in the capital city of Uzbekistan. In particular, he noted that in the near future, due to the expansion of the borders of the capital, it is planned to start building up a new territory, which is now also part of the city.

It was told about several projects "CITY", which are implemented in the near future. The guests expressed interest in the existing potential and capabilities of Uzbekistan.

In particular, it was noted the favorable investment climate, historical cities and holy places. The Turkish side expressed its wishes to participate in construction projects in Tashkent, focusing on further strengthening and developing cooperation.

Both sides were very interested in working together. It should be noted that Turkey is among the 20 largest countries in the world, and cooperation with them in many areas is very effective.
