Turkey hands over 50 ambulances and 20 buses to Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) handed over 50 ambulances and 20 buses for the provision of mobile public services to Uzbekistan.

The machines were handed over to the Ministry of Health and the Agency for Public Services under the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan.

The 20 buses provided with special equipment transferred to the Agency of State Services under the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan will expand the practice of providing “mobile” or outbound public services to residents of remote communities.

About 500 Turkish enterprises and firms operate in Uzbekistan, and representative offices of 53 companies are accredited. In 2017, the volume of trade exceeded US$1.5 billion, which is thirty percent more than in 2016.
