TSTU named after Islam Karimov to launch branch in Qoqand

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov will open its branch in Qoqand.

The government of Uzbekistan approved a decision to establish a branch of the university in Qoqand.

The university in the 2018-2019 academic year will open its doors to 125 future students. The branch will train highly qualified specialists for the industry.

Training is provided in five areas, including electronics and instrumentation, electromechanics and electrotechnologies, electrical engineering and the production of electronic equipment.
