The defendant has been charged under Part 4 of Article 118 (Rape of a person under the age of fourteen) and Part 4 of Article 119 (Compelling a person under the age of fourteen into a sexual act in an unnatural form) of the Criminal Code. The individual faces a potential prison sentence ranging from 15 to 20 years.

In accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Criminal Procedural Code, the case is being heard in a closed session.
