Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus in Uzbekistan, traffic on the Kamchik pass, which connects Ferghana region with Tashkent and other regions, was temporarily restricted.
Only citizens who are constantly registered in regions other than Ferghana will be able to return to their places of residence through the pass.
“We ask citizens to treat these restrictions with understanding and to contribute to the prevention of the spread of a dangerous virus in our republic by strictly observing measures and established procedures!”, the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement.
