Traditional festival “Jurnalistlar Bahori” takes place in Tashkent
The goal of the festival is to promote national traditions and customs, culture of various regions of Uzbekistan, encourage employees of the regional TV and radio stations. The festival included contest of social media products and national cuisines and costumes.
Tashkent hosted a roundtable “Century traditions in HD format: Use of modern methods of preparation of media content about culture and art” on 1 May. The participants considered issues of covering culture, art and education.
During the event, the experts of UNESCO and NAESMI determined the best works, the authors of which were awarded within traditional festival “Jurnalistlar Bahori” on 2 May 2014. Vodiy Sadosi won in the nomination “The Best radio material” and Jizzakh TV station – “The Best television material”.
The festival is part of annual media days, which is organized by NAESMI and its partners. The participants have chance to taste national cuisines. Istiqlol TV of Bukhara region won in the nomination “The Best presentation of national traditions” and Kamilla+ of Khorezm region – in the nomination “The Best national cuisine”.
The Uzbek specialists also received special prizes for social-oriented media products, which were prepared during the seminars in Tashkent.
