Trade-economic potential of Uzbekistan presented in Belgium

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mechelen (Belgium) hosted a presentation of trade-economic and investment potential of Uzbekistan, which was organized by Embassy of Uzbekistan in Belgium, Jahon news agency reported.
Representatives of Belgium companies familiarized with social-economic reforms and favourable investment climate in Uzbekistan during the event. They also received information on special industial zone and implementation of projects in these territories.
The Belgian businesses also received information on social-economic development of Uzbekistan in nine months of 2014, efforts of the government on diversification of economy, changes in legislation directed at stimulating foreign investments, etc.
The Uzbek side presented perspective investment projects to Belgian businesses, in implementation of which they can participate.
