Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The State Committee on Statistics of Uzbekistan said as of 1 August 2021, the total number of industrial enterprises operating in Uzbekistan was 90 638.

Compared to the corresponding period of last year, the growth made up 17.6 percent.

Of the total number of operating enterprises (excluding farms and dekhkan farms), 17.4 percent (90 638 units) are industrial enterprises, of which the number of small businesses amounted to 89 795 units.
