Top managers of Terra Group, Prime Media and Gamma Promotion arrested

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Law enforcement bodies of Uzbekistan arrested top managers of Terra Group LLC, Prime Media LLC and Gamma Promotion LLC within a criminal case on evasion from tax payment and hiding foreign currency, the press service of the Prosecutor-General’s Office of Uzbekistan said.

The statement of the Prosecutor-General’s Office said that Rustam Madumarov, Gayane Avyakyan and Yekaterina Klyueva were arrested on 17 February 2014 within a criminal case, opened against top managers of Terra Group LLC, Prime Media LLC and Gamma Promotion LLC.

The statement noted that they are accused of evasion from payment of taxes and other payments in large volume, hiding hard currency and others charges.

The Prosecutor-General’s Office did not disclose other details of the case.
