Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — investment company KAP DEPO has published a ranking of the top 20 issuers by dividend payouts for 2024.

According to data posted on the Unified Corporate Information Portal openinfo.uz, last year 145 joint-stock companies out of 688 paid dividends on ordinary shares to their shareholders, with the total amount reaching 4.5 trillion soums.

The undisputed leader was JV JSC “UZBAT A.O.,” which paid 929.2 billion soums, representing 92.1% of the company’s net profit for 2024.

Second place went to “Orient Finans Bank,” which distributed 852.8 billion soums in dividends, while “Asia Alliance Bank” ranked third with payouts of 400.6 billion soums, exceeding its net profit for the year.

Also among the top issuers were JSC “UzRCE” with 143.2 billion soums, JSC “UzAuto Motors” with 141.4 billion soums, and “Ipak Yuli Bank” with 80.9 billion soums.

The dividend payouts of the country’s largest companies demonstrate their financial stability and willingness to share profits with shareholders, thereby helping strengthen the investment climate and foster the development of Uzbekistan’s stock market.
