Three Uzbek AI Startups Showcase Solutions in Washington

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A presentation of Central Asian startups took place in Washington, D.C., featuring Sergio Gor, the U.S. President’s Special Representative for South and Central Asia.

The event was held as part of the Silkroad Innovation Hub program, aimed at supporting innovation and technological entrepreneurship in the region.

Silkroad Innovation Hub is a community hub located in the heart of Silicon Valley, in Palo Alto, and serves as a key partner of IT Park Uzbekistan. The hub fosters the development of the startup and venture ecosystem and strengthens international cooperation in technology and innovation.

Uzbekistan was represented by three startups: Tilmoch AI, Growy AI, and Numeo AI, highlighting the country’s growing potential in artificial intelligence and digital solutions.

Tilmoch AI is an AI-based translator and language platform promoting Turkic languages in the digital space. Founded by young entrepreneur Muhammadsaid Mamasaidov, the project evolved from the online proofreader Tahrirchi and now serves over 130,000 users monthly. The platform supports a wide range of Turkic languages, from Uzbek and Kazakh to Turkish and Uyghur, reaching an audience of more than 180 million people. Tilmoch AI has received several international awards, including US$50,000 from the mGov Award (2022) and US$100,000 from the President Tech Award (2023), and recently secured US$150,000 in investment at a US$1.5 million valuation. The startup is currently participating in the AlchemistX Silicon Valley Residency program.

Growy AI is an intelligent platform designed to enhance team efficiency and managerial decision-making through artificial intelligence. The solution helps businesses analyze team dynamics, automate feedback collection, and generate personalized recommendations to boost productivity. Over 5,000 participants have engaged in Growy AI’s pilot programs. The company has opened a U.S. office and is negotiating contracts worth US$50,000. It has raised US$15,000 from American business angels and is already used by several local companies to optimize HR processes and corporate culture management. Growy AI has been a finalist in the Tumaris.Tech and Plug and Play programs and is part of the AlchemistX Silicon Valley Residency international accelerator.

Numeo AI is a “smart logistics assistant” that creates digital employees to automate business processes. The platform employs machine learning technologies to optimize supply chains, analyze routes, and forecast demand. Led by entrepreneur Akmal Paiziyev, the startup helps companies save resources and minimize human error. Numeo AI’s solutions have already been implemented in several U.S. logistics companies, demonstrating potential for scaling to international markets. The startup is also participating in the 2024 batch of the leading B2B accelerator in Silicon Valley, AlchemistX Silicon Valley Residency.

Sergio Gor highlighted the strong potential of Uzbek startups and expressed confidence that such initiatives will strengthen international technological cooperation and showcase the talents of the region’s younger generation.

IT Park Uzbekistan will continue to support innovative projects that create jobs and enhance Uzbekistan’s global recognition as a technological hub in Central Asia.
