Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - An important factor in the full recovery of patients with coronavirus infection in our country is the use by our doctors of all their skills, the adoption of quality treatment measures in accordance with international standards. That is, modern and effective methods of treatment, firstly, help patients with coronavirus infection recover quickly, and secondly, they can dramatically reduce mortality from this disease.

The full recovery of 32 patients in Bukhara region is another victory for the medical staff in the fight against coronavirus infection. 22 of them were discharged from the regional multidisciplinary center, 10 from the infectious diseases hospital, and with the participation of decision-makers from the regional health department they were rehabilitated.

Of the survivors, 30 were brought to Bukhara from Russia, one from Turkey on charter flights and quarantined. After confirming the coronavirus infection, they were hospitalized in medical institutions. One patient became infected as a result of contact with a patient with coronavirus. 28 of them are men and 4 women. 6 patients are from Andijan region, 5 from Tashkent region, 3 from Kashkadarya, Bukhara and Namangan regions, 2 from Surkhandarya, Syrdarya, Samarkand, Jizzakh regions and the city of Tashkent and 1 from the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region. Among them, the oldest is 74 years old, the youngest is 15 years old.

To date, 178 patients have been cured in the Bukhara region, and now their number has reached 210. In our country, the highest rate of patient recovery after the city of Tashkent was recorded in the Bukhara region.

To date, 657 people have been cured of coronavirus infection in Uzbekistan.
