Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- While our people patiently and gratefully sit at home, helping to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, our doctors make a huge contribution to the treatment of patients with coronavirus.

In particular, 26 patients with coronavirus infection recovered in the Andijan Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital. With the participation of senior officials of the regional health department, they were carried out for rehabilitation.

All recovered patients from Andijan region (12 from Andijan region, 10 from the city of Andijan, 2 from Khojabad district, one each from Altynkul and Asakinsk regions). 25 of them became infected as a result of contact with patients with coronavirus. One of them came from Kyrgyzstan. Of the patients, 5 are men and are 21 women. Among them, the oldest is 59 years old, the youngest is 21 years old. After effective treatment, recent studies have shown that they have fully recovered.

If so far in the Andijan region 21 patients have recovered, now the number of people recovering from coronavirus infection here has reached 47 people.

It is noteworthy that 96 patients recovered and were sent for rehabilitation yesterday, and today 93 people are still recovering, and over the past two days a total of 189 patients have fully recovered.

Thus, 450 people were completely cured of coronavirus infection in the country.
