The system of advanced training for managers and teachers of higher educational institutions is being improved

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The Government adopted a resolution “On additional measures to further improve the system of advanced training for managers and teachers of higher educational institutions”.

According to the resolution from 1 October 2019, a system of continuous advanced training of leading and pedagogical personnel of higher educational institutions will be introduced.

In the centers of advanced training of these employees, the Department of Educational Technologies is organized.

The resolution also approved the Regulation on the organization of processes for the continuous development of leadership and teaching staff of higher educational institutions.

According to the Regulation, the process of continuous training includes:

- independent advanced training in a specialty;

- alternative advanced training;

- direct training of these personnel in centers for retraining and advanced training based on educational programs.
