Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On establishment of the Order of Fakhriy Murabbiy” was discussed at the fourth plenary session of the Senate.

As an appendix to this Law, the Regulation on the Order of " Fakhriy Murabbiy " and a description of the Order of " Fakhriy Murabbiy " were approved.

According to the Regulation, the order “Fakhriy Murabbiy” is awarded to our compatriots who have made a worthy contribution to the education of youth in the spirit of devotion and love for the motherland and respect for national and universal values, the comprehensive support of talented youth, and the further development of their knowledge and abilities.

This order can be awarded to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens and stateless persons, who, thanks to deep knowledge and rich life experience, by setting a personal example, help to increase the spirituality of youth, widely promote a healthy lifestyle among the population, who received special attention for high services to the state and society.

In addition, selfless citizens who take an active part in improving the social and spiritual environment in the regions, strengthening the atmosphere of kindness and mutual understanding in families, preserving and developing national values, and social protection of low-income groups of the population are recognized as worthy of being awarded the Order of Fakhriy Murabbiy.

It was also established that the order is awarded to citizens for their dedication in teaching the young generation modern knowledge and professions, wide involvement in entrepreneurship and craftsmanship, youth employment based on the Ustoz-Shogird tradition, involving unorganized youth in the process of useful work, protecting them from the effects of aliens ideas, preventing among them various negative phenomena.

Senators approved the law.

The approved Law will enter into force after its signing by the President and publication in the prescribed manner.
