Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At the fourth plenary meeting of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On establishment of the Salomatlik Order” and “On the establishment of the Soglom Turmush Medal” were discussed.

The order consists of two degrees. The Order of the I degree is awarded for a significant contribution to the development and improvement of the healthcare sector on the basis of modern requirements and strengthening the health of the population, and the Order of the II degree is awarded to people who are actively involved in protecting public health, early prevention of various diseases and their elimination.

In the same way, in order to recognize the merits of compatriots who served as a personal example for the public in the formation of a healthy lifestyle among the population, widely promoting the observance of personal hygiene rules, regular exercise in physical culture and turning it into an everyday lifestyle.

The Salomatlik Order and the Soglom Turmush Medal can also be awarded to foreign citizens and stateless persons.

The establishment of this order and medal is important in the spiritual and psychological stimulation of dedicated professionals who fight for the health of the people, as well as generous and courageous fellow citizens who demonstrate human qualities on these test days.

These laws included in the agenda of the fourth plenary meeting were approved by senators.
