The provision on the issuance of subsidies and grants at the expense of the State Employment Fund approved

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Regulations on the procedure for the allocation of subsidies and grants at the expense of the State Employment Fund passed state registration at the Ministry of Justice.

According to the Regulations, grants from the fund are allocated for the following purposes:

- to employers - to cover the costs of vocational training of employees recruited in the direction of employment assistance centers - for each employee in the amount of 4 times the minimum monthly wage for 6 months;

- to unemployed persons registered in employment assistance centers wishing to engage in entrepreneurship - in the amount of 10 minimum wages for registering entrepreneurship;

- to organizations employing the socially unprotected population in an amount exceeding the minimum quotas - 2 times the minimum wage per employee per month for 12 months;

- for the installation of lightweight greenhouses, the purchase of seeds, seedlings and irrigation tools - in the amount of from 3 to 10 minimum wages.

Grants from the Fund are provided to:

-professional institutions - to finance the costs of retraining unoccupied persons of the profession;

-in financing retraining and advanced training for managers and workers of farms and dekhkan farms, as well as owners of household plots in the field of vocational training, agrotechnology, horticulture, vegetable growing, animal husbandry, poultry farming, fish farming and beekeeping in vocational training centers, colleges and universities.
