Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In accordance with the Electoral Code and Resolution of the Central Election Commission from 3 December 2019 No. 999, the process of early voting in the elections began at 09-00 on 12 December.

Early voting will last until 18-00 on 18 December.

According to Article 57 of the Electoral Code, a voter who does not have the opportunity to be at his place of residence on election day has the right to an early vote.

To carry out early voting, the voter, on the basis of a statement indicating the reason for absence on election day (vacation, business trip, traveling abroad, etc.), receives a ballot from the corresponding precinct election commission.
