Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Government Regulation approved the Administrative Rules for the provision of public services for the issuance of a passport for sports and fitness facilities.
According to these regulations, the state service is provided to legal entities through public service centers or EPIGU, and to legal entities that are not engaged in entrepreneurial activity, the state-owned enterprise Certification and Computerization Center through the territorial bodies of physical education and sports.
At the same time, the questionnaire for issuing a passport for sports and fitness and sports facilities is initially filled out.
If the sports facility is rented by the applicant, then a copy of the existing building lease agreement is attached to the questionnaire.
For the provision of public services, a fee is charged in the amount of one BRV (223 thousand soums).
After receipt of the questionnaire, the territorial administration, together with the applicant, inspects the sports facility within 7 working days.
Inspection of sports facilities provided for the issuance of the highest and first categories should be conducted with the participation of a representative of the Center.
Information on the form of sports facilities is the basis for determining the category of facilities.
A sports facility passport is issued for the following periods:
- for sports facilities of the highest and first category - 4 years;
- for sports facilities of the second, third and fourth category - 3 years;
- for sports facilities of the fifth category - up to 2 years (based on the period specified in the lease of sports facilities).
Upon the expiration of the validity of the passport of a sports facility, a new passport is issued in accordance with this Regulation.
