Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) –– The Government of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution “On the approval of regulatory legal acts governing the allocation of subsidies to the livestock industry by the state”.
Presidential Decree No. PP-4576 stipulates that the state grants subsidies in 2020-2022 to livestock farms, fish farms, and poultry farms.
The Government resolution defines the procedure for the allocation of these subsidies, approved the relevant provisions.
The resolution also approved the composition of the district (city) commissions to ensure the effective organization of further development of the livestock industry, as well as the composition of the commissions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions.
According to the established procedure, the recipient of the subsidy applies to the district commission.
The district commission, having considered the application, adopts a conclusion on the allocation of subsidies or on the refusal to allocate subsidies.
In the case of making an opinion on the allocation of subsidies, the recipient of the subsidy on the day the decision is made is notified.
The district commission provides the regional commission with a copy of the application, the documents attached to it and the conclusion on the allocation of the subsidy.
In turn, the regional commission within 2 working days sends documents to the Uzbekchorvanasl Agency.
The agency checks the documents and transfers the subsidy funds to the main accounts of subsidy recipients in commercial banks.
