Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A government resolution “On measures to organize the activities of specialized classes in the military-patriotic direction in secondary schools and specialized schools” was adopted.
The resolution approved the Regulation on classes in the military-patriotic direction of secondary schools and specialized schools.
In accordance with the regulation, the purpose of specialized classes is to provide in-depth training of students in the military-patriotic direction within the framework of general secondary educational disciplines.
Boys and girls who have successfully completed the 6th grade of the school and have shown their abilities in advanced disciplines are accepted into these classes on a competitive basis.
Applicants should submit the relevant documents on 1-20 July.
Physical training tests are conducted between 21 July - 5 August, test tests in relevant subjects between 15 - 25 August.
At the end of the physical training tests, candidates who score 70 or more points in the 100-point system will be eligible for test testing.
The period of study in specialized classes of schools is 5 years (grades 7-11).
Starting from the 2020/2021 academic year, 30 students who have completed grade 6 will be accepted into specialized classes.
According to the Presidential Resolution from 17 November 2017, in 56 schools of Uzbekistan, there are specialized classes in the military-patriotic direction.
