High-quality cement from the plant will go to the most important construction projects in Uzbekistan: power plants, road junctions, airfield coatings, residential, office and commercial earthquake-resistant buildings.
It will be the largest equipment production facility in Central Asia and the most modern enterprise in the CIS with full automation of production, low energy consumption and minimal environmental impact.
The project is being implemented within the framework of a memorandum of cooperation in the construction sector and an agreement on the construction of a new plant between EUROCEMENT group and Uzpromstroymaterialy, signed in 2017 in the presence of the heads of state and prime ministers of Russia and Uzbekistan.
In October 2018, as part of the state visit of the President of Russia to the Republic of Uzbekistan, an agreement was signed between EUROCEMENT group and Uzpromstroymaterialy on the creation of an industrial cluster of building materials.
