Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) –– As of 7 p.m. on 15 May 2020, the number of cases of coronavirus infection reached 2682 in Uzbekistan, increasing by 30.

Of the confirmed new cases, 5 arrived from abroad, all of them are drivers of international long-distance trucks, on 13 May, 3 citizens arrived from Kazakhstan, and 2 from Russia. 25 new cases (23 citizens from Samarkand region, 2 from the city of Tashkent) were detected in those who were in contact with 11 patients and placed in quarantine.

In our country, at the moment, 2158 people have completely recovered from coronavirus infection, currently the recovery rate is 80 percent. Currently, 513 patients are undergoing treatment in Uzbekistan.
