Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 23 November 2019, the opening of two state preschool educational organizations in Sergeli district took place. The total capacity of early childhood care will be 370 children. The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Preschool Education Agrippina Shin.

New preschool educational organizations are located on the first floors of residential buildings in the Sergeli district.

“The Sergeli district is characterized by a high building density and a large number of young families. The Ministry of Preschool Education, by virtue of the available opportunities, is trying to provide residents with the necessary social infrastructure: we are building new facilities and increasing the capacity of existing ones. New DOO are located on the first floors of residential buildings, and it is convenient for both parents and children. In total, two preschool organizations will have 7 full-time groups and 4 short-stay groups working in two shifts,” the Minister of Preschool Education Agrippina Shin said.

Food will be organized in two ways:

- Outsourcing with the provision of outsourcing canteen, equipment, utensils and furniture for cooking;

-catering with delivery of ready meals to the kindergartens.

Also, the opening of two preschool organizations will create 41 additional jobs for pedagogical and support staff. Both kindergartens will begin work in December 2019.
