Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Justice passed a state registration of a decree “On approval of the Instructions on the procedure for providing free sanatorium-resort vouchers for disabled and elderly people.

According to the Instruction approved by the resolution, the following persons can use the resort vouchers of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population issued in sanatoriums for the disabled and the elderly, war and labor veterans:

- persons equated with disabilities and participants in the war;

- the widowed wives of the dead military personnel (widowed husbands);

- Persons receiving a personal pension of republican significance;

- persons who have suffered and suffered radiation sickness caused by the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, as well as persons with disabilities, in respect of whom a causal relationship has been established between the disability and the Chernobyl disaster;

- persons who have served in nuclear test sites and other nuclear facilities

- persons with disabilities of groups I and II, and a person accompanying a visually impaired group I;

- single pensioners;

- retired by age.
