The Ministry of Health reports new cases of COVID-19 infection

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As of 10:00 hours on 18 May 2020, the number of cases of coronavirus infection in Uzbekistan reached 2762, growing by 9.

Of the 9 new cases confirmed, 3 people arrived from abroad (2 citizens were brought by charter flight from the UAE, 1 citizen is a driver of an international long-distance truck and arrived from Russia via Kazakhstan), 6 people (all of them from Navoi areas) were in quarantine.

In our country, at present, the recovery rate is 81 percent, and 2247 people have completely recovered from coronavirus infection.
