The document was signed in order to educate the youth in the spirit of respect for national traditions and customs, prepare a spiritually developed, physically strong and comprehensively developed generation, unite courageous, brave, self-thinking youth, who are serving in the national army and ready to assume responsibility for the future state and prosperity of the country.

The document envisages establishment and operation of primary organizations of Uzbekistan Youth Union in military units and institutions of the Ministry of Defense.

Also, the parties intend to support young soldiers and create favorable conditions for them, as well as to form stable immunity against alien ideological threats, in particular, extremism, terrorism, and “mass culture” among young servicemen and pre-conscription youth.

The parties plan to hold a number of joint events.
