Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The President of Uzbekistan signed the law "On licensing, permitting and notification procedures."
The law approved the final lists of 49 types of licenses, 120 permitting documents and 33 types of notification procedures.
In accordance with the law, licensing and licensing procedures are introduced in cases where the implementation of certain types of activities (actions) by individuals or legal entities may cause harm to the life and health of citizens, damage to the rights and legal interests of individuals and legal entities, damage to public safety and ( or) harm to the environment.
Licensing, notification and authorization procedures, as well as other related actions are carried out through the publicly available information system "License" (a special electronic system).
For branches and representative offices created by legal entities, it is not required to obtain separate licenses and permits.
At the same time, the addresses of branches and representative offices are indicated in the licenses and permissive documents previously received by legal entities.
Legal entities that have established branches and representative offices notify the authorized body through a special electronic system or the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services (EPIGU).
Registers of licenses, permits and notifications are kept in electronic form through a special electronic system separately for each type of activity.
By law, a license is issued separately for each licensed type of activity.
Licenses are issued without limitation of their validity period, with the exception of:
- medical activity;
- pharmaceutical activity;
- activities related to the circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors;
- activities for the cultivation, import (export), processing, storage, sale (release), purchase and transportation of cannabis plants containing up to 0.2 percent tetrahydrocannabinol n arcotic agent for industrial purposes not related to the production or manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances;
- activities related to the operation and provision of services of mobile radiotelephone (cellular) communications and networks for the distribution of television and radio broadcasts;
- activities in the field of production, processing and sale of oil, gas and gas condensate;
- refining activity.
A state fee is charged for the issuance, renewal and change of the license.
For the following activities, annual state fees are established for the validity of the license:
- concert and entertainment activities;
- production of food and technical ethyl alcohol, alcoholic beverages;
- activities in the field of wholesale trade in alcoholic beverages;
- design, construction, operation and provision of services for telecommunication networks.
