The hunting season begins in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The hunting season started in Uzbekistan, Justice Ministry of Uzbekistan said.

Violation of the rules of hunting and fishing, as well as the rules for the implementation of other types of the wildlife shall be sanctioned shall be incurred by a fine equal:

for citizens - from 1,115,000 soums to 2,230,000 soums;

for officials - from 2,230,000 soums to 3,345,000 soums.

The legislation also establishes liability for the repeated commission of this offense after the imposition of an administrative penalty.

In addition, hunting or fishing without proper permission or in prohibited places or within the forbidden time, prohibited by tools or means:

shall be sanctioned by a fine on citizens from 3 345 000 soums to 4 460 000 soums, and on officials - from 4 460 000 soums to 5 575 000 soums with confiscation of guns and objects for the commission of these offenses or deprivation of the right to hunt for up to three years with confiscation of guns and subjects of commission of the specified offenses.
