The government to focus on the training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government resolution approved the Regulation on the procedure for the targeted training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel.

According to the regulation, targeted training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of higher qualification, that is, the lack of targeted doctoral studies in one institution of higher education or a scientific institution, involves training in another institution on a contractual basis.

Targeted doctoral studies are carried out in departmental, interdepartmental and interstate forms.

For applicants for doctoral studies of internal and interdepartmental purposes, a stipend is paid in the amount established by the legislation and leave is granted.

Documents to the target doctoral program are accepted annually from September 15 to October 15.

A person who has successfully completed a doctoral program must work for at least three years in the contracting authority that sent her to study.
