The Government approves the Regulation on the Export Promotion Agency

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Regulation of the Government of Uzbekistan approved the Regulation on the Export Promotion Agency. It was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice.

The regulation defines the main tasks and functions of the Export Promotion Agency.

On this basis, one of the main tasks of the Agency is information and consulting support to exporters on marketing, pricing, transport logistics, certification, standardization and quality control, tax and customs administration, and entering the foreign markets on the “single window” principle.

The director of the Agency is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on the proposal of the Minister for Investments and Foreign Trade.

Evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Agency’s activities is carried out on the basis of assessment criteria and performance indicators approved by the Minister.
