The founder of ADWorld, Dilmurod Yusupov, has been detained on suspicion of fraud
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Dilmurod Yusupov, founder of the visa processing company ADWorld, has been detained on suspicion of committing fraud.
According to the press service of the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs, a criminal case has been initiated against Yusupov under paragraph “a” of part 4 of Article 168 of the Criminal Code — fraud on a particularly large scale. He has been placed in custody as a preventive measure.
Currently, investigative authorities continue to examine the activities of the entire company within the framework of the initiated criminal case.
Law enforcement agencies have called on affected citizens to come forward to the investigation department of the Chilanzar District Police Department to provide testimony and assist in the investigation.
Earlier reports indicated that the Migration Agency had uncovered serious violations in the operations of Adworld Group: the company provided employment services abroad without a license, misleading citizens and advertising vacancies in Montenegro, Serbia, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Norway, Oman, and Japan.
