The aim of the festival is to popularize natural sciences among young people and study the experience of foreign countries in the field of STEAM education.

The world is moving towards a knowledge economy, where the main factors of development are knowledge and human capital. STEAM education plays a key role in training the future specialists.

The Minister of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sherzod Shermatov noted: “The purpose of using STEAM education is to teach children to pose questions correctly and not be afraid to find answers experimentally. At the same time, children should understand that it is easier and faster to collectively solve the assigned task with the proper level of self-organization and mutual respect. ”

“Traditional education approach is listen, remember, do not use, and while the STEAM approach - explore, act, apply in practice. Therefore, I believe that everyone who is interested in the world’s best educational practices will find something new and interesting for themselves at this festival,” Feruza Vakhabova, Chairman of the Association of Non-State Educational Institutions, said.
