The first day of Eid al-Adha falls on 9 July in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Presidential resolution "On the celebration of Eid al-Adha " was adopted.

According to the resolution, in 2022 the first day of Eid al-Adha falls on 9 July - Saturday, respectively, 9 July, 2022 is celebrated as the holiday of Eid al-Adha.

In accordance with the Decree of the President, additional non-working days are established in 2022.

Accordingly, in honor of the celebration of Eid al-Adha, 4 days off are provided, regardless of the type of working week. Wherein:

- 9 July (Saturday) - Eid al-Adha holiday;

- 10 July (Sunday) - day off;

- 11 July (Monday) - an additional day off for all employees;

- 12 July (Tuesday) - an additional day off for employees working with a 6-day work week; postponed day off from July 16 (Saturday) for employees working with a 5-day work week.
