Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Members of the upper house of parliament during the fifth plenary session examined the results of the parliamentary request for measures to increase the international image of Uzbekistan in the promising direction of tourism, sent to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In addition, resolutions of the Kengash of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan were approved.

At the plenary session 16 issues were considered, including 9 laws. A decision was made to reject one of the laws discussed.

At this, the fifth plenary meeting of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis completed its work.
