Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Malaysia, together with the representative office of Uzbekistan Airway in Kuala Lumpur, created a headquarters for quick response to requests from citizens of Uzbekistan, which has been operating around the clock from 16 March 2020.

The diplomatic mission has established and is in constant contact with students and citizens located in the territory of Malaysia, and through the official Internet resources of the Embassy - the website, Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as channels created by Telegram and WhatsApp disseminate operational information.

A list of Uzbek citizens has been drawn up who have applied to the headquarters with a request to assist in their return to their homeland.

In order to avoid possible difficulties for citizens of Uzbekistan in the issue of extending their visas, the Embassy, together with the Immigration Service of Malaysia, worked out the issue of unhindered departure of compatriots from the territory of Malaysia, in particular without issuing a special pass.

The embassy also assists in resolving everyday issues of our compatriots in Malaysia.
