The Center for implementation of effective methods of managing financial resources to be created under Uzbekneftgaz

A draft resolution of the President of Uzbekistan “On measures for additional financial support of Uzbekneftegaz for the period 2018-2019” was published on the portal for discussion of the regulatory legal acts.

The center will conduct a comprehensive analysis of financial and economic activities, factors influencing it, developing measures to improve it, taking into account the prospects for development, overseeing their implementation, organizing effective management of portfolio investments, taking into account the optimization of dividend policy.

It will introduce advanced management methods to balance and optimize the use of resources, including through introduction of modern information and communication technologies and software products, including ERP-systems.

One of the main goals of the center is to increase openness and transparency of financial and economic activity, attractiveness for potential investors and creditors with introduction of international financial reporting standards and optimization of accounting policies.
