The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement to conduct an interstate search for persons evading the execution of a court decision

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A presidential resolution on measures to organize the fulfillment of obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the Treaty of the States Parties to the Commonwealth of Independent States on the interstate search for persons ”was adopted.

According to the resolution, the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau was determined as the competent authority through which international cooperation is carried out under the Treaty on the Interstate Search for Persons regarding the establishment of the location of persons evading the execution of a court decision.

The agreement was signed on 10 December 2010 in Moscow, Russia.
