Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The order “On approval of the Regulation on the main indicators of the effectiveness and efficiency of the provision of public services by employees of state bodies and other organizations and the procedure for evaluating their activities” was passed through the Ministry of Justice.

According to the Regulation approved by order, the activities of responsible employees will be evaluated by authorized bodies at least once a year on the basis of basic indicators of efficiency and effectiveness.

The following are the main indicators of the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities of senior officials in the provision of public services:

- the amount of public services provided before the deadline;

- initiative to improve public services provided by the authorized body;

- the number of public services provided with a missed deadline;

- the number of complaints received from users in the authorized body for public service provided by the responsible employee;

- the number of submissions made to the authorized body for public service provided by the responsible employee, as well as the number of administrative responsibility measures applied to the responsible employee.

The assessment is carried out by a commission, which is formed by order of the head of the authorized body in an odd composition of at least 3 people, until the 15th day of the month following the reporting period.
