Terms of adoption of laws were set

The law amended law “On Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, law “On state authorities in places” and law “On Central Bank of Uzbekistan”, which corrected terms of entering into force of the legal documents. In line with the document, the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, acts of Council of People’s Deputies of Uzbekistan, Central Bank and local administrations will came into force after they published in local media, if the clear term was not set.

Earlier, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, acts of the Councils of People’s Deputies, normative acts of Central Bank came into force on the same of signing, if other date was not set.

The legal documents should be published at Collection of resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers and Collection of Legislation of Uzbekistan, and if it is necessary in other mass media, norma.uz reported.

The Constitutional Court should publish its decisions at Collection of Legislation of Uzbekistan, newspapers Khalq Sozi and Norodnoye Slovo, Bulletin of Constitutional Court of Uzbekistan.
