Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In Samarkand region, another 10 patients recovered from coronavirus infection and went for rehabilitation.

All recovered are from Samarkand region (4 people from Taylak region, 2 from the city of Samarkand and Akdarya district, 1 from Jambay and Payaryk districts). 9 people became infected as a result of contact with patients. One citizen came to our country from Georgia through Kazakhstan and was quarantined. After detecting the infection, he was hospitalized. The oldest of them is 62 years old, and the youngest is 4 years old.

So far, 70 patients have been treated in the Samarkand region, now their number has reached 80.

To date, 1,856 people have completely recovered from coronavirus infection throughout the country.
