TBC Bank Increases Authorized Capital by 240 Billion Soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — TBC Bank has registered the issuance of additional ordinary shares totaling 240 billion soums.

The National Agency for Prospective Projects (NAPP) officially registered the issuance on 9 February 2026.

According to the bank shareholders’ resolution dated 16 January 2026 (with 100% quorum), the new shares are to be placed with the affiliated company TBC Digital at the market nominal price of 1,000 soums per share. Payment is to be made in cash in the national currency.

As part of the issuance, 240 million shares were issued, corresponding to a total issuance value of 240,000,000,000 soums.
