Tashkent school principle dismissed from her post
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Director of the Tashkent general school No. 210 Dilfuza Saidmurodova was released from her post after an audit conducted by the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan.
In late August, there were posts on Facebook about the driver of the truck poured out books as firewood on the territory of the secondary school No. 210.
The Control and Legal Service of the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan examined this report and, based on the results of the audit, the director of the general school No. 210 Dilfuza Saidmurodova was released from her post.
At the same time, the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan received complaints from the parents of the students on the quality of the repairs carried out at school No. 210.
When verifying the complaints, it was revealed that 56.5 million soums were stolen during construction and repair works. Now the former director of the school sold construction materials received after the demolition of the building and illegally cut trees, which grew on the school territory.
The facts found during the audit were transferred to the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the Prosecutor General’s Office of Uzbekistan for taking appropriate measures in accordance with the law.
