The police said that unknown persons, under various pretexts (such as to drink a glass of water, exchange large banknotes, use the toilet or make a phone call) enter the flats of single elder and elder people, and steal their money and other valuables.

The department called elder people to be more vigilant and not to contact with unknown people, not panic and allow aliens to enter to their flats.

Tashkent Main Department of Interior Affairs said that they had images of some suspects and working on identifying them. The police published their images and called public to inform interior affairs bodies if they see them.
