66 persons who did not have a medical mask, in relation to these persons the offense protocols were drawn up, provided for in article 53 “Violation of sanitary legislation” of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility, the sanction of this article provides for a fine on citizens from one to three, and on officials persons - from five to ten basic calculated values;
35 persons violated the home quarantine regime and left the house without permission; in respect of these persons, the offense protocols are provided for in Article 54 “Violation of the rules for combating epidemics” of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility, the sanction by this article provides for a fine on citizens from three to five, and on officials from ten to fifteen basic settlement quantities.
