Tashkent Ministry of Transport Building Sold at Online Auction for 187.7 Billion Soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — An online auction for the Ministry of Transport building in the Shaykhantakhur district of the capital has concluded.

The building has a total area of 5,851 sq. m, with a land plot of 0.62 hectares.

The buyer is obliged to use the property for office activities and service provision in accordance with urban planning regulations.

The starting price of the lot was 110.4 billion soums. The auction lasted 1 hour and 17 minutes, during which 14 bids were placed. The winner, Samarador LLC, offered 187.7 billion soums.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRPO), the company was registered on 31 August 2017 in Karakalpakstan, with an authorized capital of 25.7 billion soums. Its primary activity is classified as other types of auxiliary business support services.
