Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As of 15 April, among the CIS countries, Tashkent continues to lead with the highest index of self-isolation (4.2 points).
According to WHO recommendations, self-isolation of citizens is the most effective method of combating COVID-19.
