Tashkent hosts Day of German Economy in Uzbekistan

The event was organized by Representative office of Germany Economy in Central Asia, German Economic Club in Uzbekistan, Konrad Adenauer Foundation and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

The Day of Germany Economy is aimed at supporting dialogue among Uzbek and German entrepreneurs, sharing experience of Uzbek and German companies, as well as discussing new projects in investment and trade spheres.

Representatives of ministries and departments, as well as companies of Uzbekistan and Germany participated in the event.

During the forum, German side familiarized with priority direction of attracting investments into economy of Uzbekistan, conditions created for foreign investors, including Navoi free industrial-economic zone and Angren and Jizzakh special economic zones.

They also exchanged opinion on issues of further developing trade-economic and investment cooperation.
