Tashkent Delegation and Paris Representatives Discuss Development of Tourism and Cultural Cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Uzbekistan and France, a delegation from the Tashkent City Administration held talks with representatives of the Paris Department of Tourism.

The discussions focused on prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation, exchanging expertise in the tourism sector, and exploring opportunities for joint projects.

Special attention was given to the planned gastronomic festival in Paris, organized on the instruction of the Government of Uzbekistan.

The main objective of the event is to promote Uzbek national cuisine internationally and showcase the country’s rich cultural heritage to French and global audiences.

This initiative aims to strengthen Uzbekistan’s position in the global tourism market and on the world’s gastronomic map, while also deepening bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
